Opinion I have numerous variable rate capital & interest mortgages and I would like to be sure that payments being made are corrert. Can your product assist me in this regard? I await your advices.

It only needs some bug fixing I'm evaluating Script Editor as a tool to write quick scripts for Windows Administration. It's a good tool, the method's documentation is very good, and quickly accessible.Interface has to be ameliorated, it lacks of good looking although it's very functional.It's very easy to use.

Answers needed prior to purchase I like the programs ease of use and setup. The help index seems to be lacking on some items. For instance:1. I need to print a statement each month to send to the borrower, one that will reflect payments larger than the scheduled amount for each month. I could not figure out how to do that and it's an important issue.2. If I print the coupons ahead of schedule the remaining balance will not reflect the results of a larger payment.3. The help index is lacking in that I am a novice with regards to loan amortizing, specifically, balloon payments. ...

Good but preferred Pounds I found product easy to download & very easy to use. My only suggestion is an option to change currency. I have manage to change all $ to £ but this took some time & was worried in case I deleted any of the calcs, but all works fine now.

Amortization Schedule Calculator A very good program with easy to use features.One feature missing of all these programs and this is not a criticism is say you have a 25 year mortgage and as we all know the interest rates change. Rather than having to put on paper the amounts on the right handside of your calculator and then restart again with a new interest rate, the outstanding balence and term. So far so good I have not been able to utilize the full extent of the program yet, but I am happy thus far. Over the next month I believe that I will be using it more and more. I will be glad to review it again after some further time with the program.

It`s a fine product I found the loan calculator to be better than most that I've tried. The calculator is flexible and one of the few which can calculate an annual payment with a ballon. The only improvment I can suggest is the ability to have a start and ending payment date.

Review of loan calculator I use the program to create amortization schedules for loans that vary in payment periods and apr. The only thing I wish it would do is to extend the loan percentage out to three digits instead of rounding it off at two digits. i.e. 4.875% becomes 4.88%. I particularly liked the variable payment options and instataneous results. As I have more practice with it I expect I will enjoy it all the more.

The free version really did not help me, that is all I have to go by.

Easy, comprehensive view (even if the maximum 5 entry boxes in the free version are just enough), powerful and fast working. The best freeware version calculator for a Mac. You might not need the full version, but it is a nice \'thank you\' if you use the calculator really often.

The pop-up descriptions of how to use each function button were extremely helpful. The included constants on the calculator were also quite handy - they are an extremely convenient feature for those in the field of science, like me.I downloaded this calculator because I was very unimpressed with the default calculator program on my Mac, and Smart Math Calculator has indeed proven to be a far superior calculator program. I would definitely recommend it to others.
